About the Host

Hello! I’m Geneva Rodriguez, and I’m thrilled to welcome you to Coffee Stained: EDU Podcast. Currently serving as an Assistant Principal at an elementary school in Brooklyn, I’m also a proud mom of two amazing boys and the happy owner of two cats—just one shy of being an official cat lady!

My journey in education began as a Special Education teacher, and during my pursuit of a school leadership certification, I embraced the challenges posed by the pandemic. This led me to create and host a virtual Teacher Boot Camp and a digital portfolio workshop, alongside contributing to the development of a Substitute Teacher Handbook. You can find all this content linked below.

I genuinely love what I do, and my passion is woven into every episode of this podcast. I find immense joy in sharing my knowledge and experiences, and I hope you feel that same joy when you tune in. Each episode is like a cup of passion with a splash of humor!
